Global product test for 4×4 auxiliary lights

In the off-road vehicle accessory market, standing out goes beyond power or design—it requires a full experience: superior illumination, easy mounting, and long-term reliability. This project focused on testing various LED auxiliary light concepts for 4x4s, ahead of a global launch.

The study was conducted across 15 countries, using a concept and design test aimed at identifying which product offered the strongest combination of attributes: night performance, robust materials, multi-functionality, and ease of installation.

Beyond preference scores, the research revealed how these products are perceived in different cultural contexts, and which features truly drive purchase intent. The insights became a strategic foundation for shaping a global product line with real potential for differentiation and user adoption among the most demanding off-road enthusiasts.

New opportunities to add value in the food sector

000 wheat flour is one of the most traditional ingredients in the Argentine food market. However, competing on price alone is no longer a sustainable strategy. This study aimed to identify paths out of commodity logic and build value propositions through product innovation, brand positioning, and distribution strategy.

Through interviews with food product distributors —both frozen and non-frozen— across various regions of the country, the research mapped key opportunities aligned with emerging consumer demands: convenience, health, sustainability, and experience.

The analysis connected global food trends with local microtrends, high-value product categories, and areas of unmet market demand. The outcome: a clear roadmap for developing wheat flour–based products that respond to modern lifestyles—combining artisanal flavor, health-conscious profiles, and the added value of convenience.
