Build Efficiently, Reduce Waste

From conventional construction to an efficient waste system

In the construction industry, operational efficiency must coexist with deeply rooted traditional practices. This applied research project combined focus groups with on-site ethnographic observation to analyze material usage and distribution processes in real construction environments.

The analysis identified waste-generation points and optimization opportunities without disrupting established cultural practices. Based on empirical evidence, a more efficient material distribution system was designed to reduce excess while maintaining quality standards.

The outcome was a strategic shift from conventional logistics toward a more efficient and sustainable operational model.
