Paying taxes is an obligation, but it doesn’t have to be a daunting task. The goal was to conduct UX Research to design an intuitive and user-friendly platform that streamlines the process, even for those less familiar with technology.

Moving tax payment from the counter to the web is a challenge that goes beyond designing a platform; it involves changing deeply rooted mindsets and behaviors. The solution not only simplifies the process but also makes it accessible to everyone, including older generations. With a user-centered design and an intuitive interface, a mandatory task was transformed into a hassle-free experience for a diverse and multi-target population.
